Meet the founder

Hi, I’m Paige - Fractional CFO and Finance Consultant who offers expert financial clarity for entrepreneurs who are ready to scale—minus the executive overhead..
I help you move from financial 'guessing' to total clarity. By getting your books in top shape and helping you master your numbers, I empower you to make decisions based on facts, not feelings, so you can run a business that sustainably grows.
Background
Before starting this firm, I spent over a decade in commercial banking, where I worked with businesses of all sizes across countless industries. I managed and analyzed hundreds of millions of dollars in loans for companies ranging from brand-new startups to billion-dollar organizations. Along the way, I’ve reviewed thousands of financial statements, tax returns, personal financial statements, credit reports, and cash flow stories—and they all had their own story to tell.
Beyond the bank, I’ve worked directly with small business owners to build business plans, create realistic financial projections, and secure the funding they need to grow. I’ve also served as Board Treasurer for a seven-figure nonprofit, overseeing financial strategy, budgeting, compliance, audits, and long-term planning. Simply put, I’ve sat on both sides of the table—and I use that experience to help business owners make confident financial decisions.
When I’m away from spreadsheets and strategy sessions, you’ll find me in New Orleans with my husband, our two small children, and our two pups —soaking up the culture, the food, and the festivities.
My Why
While working in the banking industry, I saw firsthand that larger companies—with greater financial resources—have access to a wealth of financial insight and expert guidance. These businesses can afford full finance teams, sophisticated reporting, and strategic advice that helps them make informed decisions and anticipate growth strategically.
Most small businesses, however, are effectively priced out of that same level of support. Without affordable access to financial expertise, many owners are forced to rely on guesswork, outdated reports, or day-to-day cash to make major decisions. This lack of insight often leads to unnecessary stress, missed opportunities, cash flow challenges, and difficulty securing funding—even when the business itself is strong.
Affordable financial assistance is vital for small businesses because when owners understand their numbers, they can plan ahead, improve profitability, manage cash flow, and make strategic decisions that support sustainable growth. Access to the right guidance shouldn’t be reserved for companies with large budgets—it should also be available to the businesses that are building our communities, creating local jobs, and taking the biggest risks.
I founded this firm on the belief that small businesses shouldn’t be held back by gaps in financial expertise—and that with the right guidance, there are no ceilings your company can't break through.
